As a CEO of Maharashtra State Khadi & Village Industries Board our main vision is to focus on rural part of India. India is a country of villages, so our mission is to increase more employment to them. Beekeeping is not that much in lime light in Maharashtra as compared to other states like punjab, uttar pradesh so we are encouraging more people to make beekeeping as there work area. We want to increase honey production by involving maximum people from villages, prepare new schemes to help them in terms of financial, educational. Currently people from villages are dependent on only agriculture so our vision to make a well group of farmers who can look into beekeeping and get more benefits.
